School Policies:
- When you register for a course, you must complete the course in the format you enrolled for. For example, if you sign up for an in-person class, you cannot do some of your course online and the rest in-person. If you wish to switch from one format to another (in-person vs. online), you must restart the entire 30-hours from the beginning.
- Webinar students: You can pick up your workbook at our Roseville location or we can ship it to you for a nominal $15 shipping fee.
- These courses have been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for real estate pre-license education. Courses 1, 2, and 3 are 30 hours each.
- Courses may be attended out of sequence and must be attended in their entirety.
